Built for a church that doesn’t have a building yet
Your website is your front door. When you meet in a school hall or a community centre, the website and app are how people find you, work out you’re real, and decide to come. Kurt Francis at Ruthin Christian Fellowship, a rural church in North Wales, put it like this: ‘We don’t own a building, we don’t have a store front; but we do have a great website.’ Every Hubb template is free and hand-built for churches, we style it to your logo and colours at no extra cost, and the templates come with example pages so you’re editing, not starting from a blank screen.
An app from day one. A plant’s community is scattered across a town all week. The Hubb church app carries your name, logo and colours, installs straight from your website with one tap (no App Store, nothing to submit), and gives people news, sermons, events, their own serving dates and giving in one place. Messaging brings your team chat and small group chat inside the app, so nobody has to hand out a personal mobile number, and it’s included at no extra cost.
Giving from the first Sunday. Online giving, one-off and regular, with Apple Pay and Google Pay, Gift Aid declarations recorded on each person from the very start, offline giving recorded alongside, and Gift Aid claimed through Hubb’s HMRC integration as often as you like, so whoever is brave enough to be treasurer sees the money back quickly.
A small team that does everything. In a plant the same six people run welcome, kids, sound and coffee. Rotas send their own reminders and each person sees their own dates in the app. Members and contacts live in one database, so the people who came once and the people who serve every week are both looked after, and Sunday Child Check-in is ready when the first families arrive.
It grows with you. Hubb’s plans grow a few pence per extra person rather than forcing you up a plan every time you add a few people, so being fruitful is never a penalty. If you plant again, each site can have its own controlled area inside one system.
Nothing to pay up front. The 30-day free trial needs no payment details, and as many of your launch team as you like can explore it together. Video guides take you through building the site step by step, support by phone and email is included, and the contract is rolling monthly, so you’re never locked in.
What half price looks like
These are the monthly prices for your first two years, including VAT. The church management plans include the website and the app; there’s no separate website fee on top. The discount is on the main monthly fee: add-ons such as Hubb.Processing and sub-sites are charged at the normal rate.

Each church management plan includes an allowance of members and contacts, and if you go over it you pay a few pence per extra person rather than jumping a plan. If you take online giving or event payments, a Hubb.Processing account is £3 a month on top, with 2.2% plus 20p per transaction. Full details are on our pricing page.
Who qualifies
-
Churches in their first two years, counted from the date you first started meeting, whether you’re preparing to launch or already up and running
-
New Hubb customers
The two years of half price run from the day you subscribe, whichever plan you start on.
If your church is also part of a denomination or network with its own Hubb offer, such as Baptists Together, Elim or the Oxford Diocesan Evangelical Fellowship, talk to us and we’ll apply the right one. If you’re a planting network or a diocese with resource churches, our partnerships page explains how to set something up for all your churches.
How to claim it

What churches say
Adam and Debs from The Hubb provided excellent support over the couple of months that we worked to launch the new Redeemer Church, Leeds website. Their quickness in responding and patience with my many requests for help were exceptional, and we’re so pleased with the finished result.
Andie, Redeemer Church Leeds
Sandra Mathers at Kingdom Faith South West has been with Hubb for years, and says the thing that stands out is that smaller churches, where people and money are both stretched, don’t lose out on what they can do.

Questions plants ask us
Does the discount apply to every plan?
Yes. Website only, website and app, and all four church management plans are half price for the first 24 months.
What happens after two years?
You move to the standard monthly price for your plan. It’s a rolling monthly contract, so you’re never locked in.
Can we start with the website and add the rest later?
Yes. Plenty of churches start with the website, add the app, and switch on the church management side when the team is ready. Your two years of half price run from the day you subscribe, so upgrading later doesn’t restart or shorten them.
We don’t have a domain name or email addresses yet
We can register a domain for you (from £1.50 a month) and set up email addresses on it from £2 a mailbox a month, or point a domain you already own at your new site. Our domains and email page has the detail.
Our leadership team wants to see the detail first
Our Why Us page is the short version. For trustees and a governance-minded team, our Trustee Pack covers data protection, safeguarding, permissions, exit and who you’re contracting with. And The Town Church is a complete demonstration church website and app you can explore before you start.
