Safe Messaging for children and youth

Safeguarding sits at the heart of your children's and youth ministries — and that includes how leaders stay in touch. Safe Messaging lets leaders encourage and check in with young people through the week, with full parental oversight built in.

Before any message reaches a child, their parent reviews and approves it. You decide which leaders are authorised and which children they can contact, and every message is logged — who sent it, what was said, when, and which parent approved it. It helps your leaders disciple and care beyond Sundays, while keeping your church safeguarding-compliant and building trust with parents.

Children’s ministry

Organise your children and team leaders into their groups, and keep records of DBS certificates, attendance registers and any shared resources or safeguarding policies.

Pastoral Visiting

Keep a record of your leaders, staff, and volunteers, who meet with people for pastoral care purposes. Every visit can be recorded in your church app. Who they met, how long for, any visit notes, and with a single click, people can request a call from their pastoral care supervisor.

Child check-in

Child check-in is a flexible system that allows you to safely check your children into their groups. For example, you can set up a laptop or iPad as a kiosk for registration and use a printer to print a label for the child and a pick-up code for the parent.

We have put child protection at the heart of this feature and integrated SMS text messaging to alert parents if there is an issue with their child. There is an incident log for leaders and labels to show medical or allergy information.

Custom fields

These fields can be a variety of data types. It’s simple and straightforward to build reports, save them, and email people based on the report results.
