Webmail is where you read and send your church email in a browser, on any computer or phone, with nothing to install. This guide covers logging in for the first time and finding your way around.
Logging in to webmail
-
Go to webmail.hubb.digital
-
Log in with your full email address as your username, and the password you were sent (or the one you’ve since set yourself).
-
The first time you log in, you’ll be asked to set a new password. It needs letters, numbers and a symbol; a weaker password won’t be saved correctly, so don’t skimp.
-
You’ll land straight in your inbox. Click ‘New Message’ to send an email.
-
The settings cog at the top right is where your mailbox settings live, including your out of office reply.
-
To log out, click your logo or image at the top right and select ‘Logout’.
Good to know
-
You can add webmail to your phone’s home screen and get notifications, which makes it feel much like a mail app.
-
If you’d rather use an app like Outlook or Apple Mail, see the guide in this section on adding your email to your computer or phone. Webmail carries on working alongside it.
-
Going away? See this section’s guides for setting an out of office reply.
