Hubb email hosting gives your church email addresses on your own domain name, like office@yourchurch.org.uk, with Hubb looking after the technical side. This guide explains how the pieces fit together, so you know where to go for what.
The three places you’ll go
Webmail, at webmail.hubb.digital, is where anyone with a mailbox reads and sends their email in a browser. It works on any computer or phone, and you can also add your mailbox to an app like Outlook or Apple Mail if you prefer.
The mail admin panel, at mailadmin.hubb.digital, is where your church’s postmaster manages the mailboxes themselves: adding one for a new member of staff, removing one that’s no longer needed. Every church on our email hosting has one free postmaster account for exactly this job, and most people in your church will never need to log in there.
Your own mail app is optional. If you’d rather read your church email in the app you already use, our settings guide walks you through adding it.
Who does what
Hubb sets the service up, connects it to your domain and supports you along the way. Your postmaster manages which mailboxes exist. And each person with a mailbox looks after their own email, password and out of office. The guides in this section are grouped the same way, so pick the one that matches your hat.
